3 Excellent FREE WordPress Themes that I’d BUY

8

As a web designer, it’s part of my work to look at different wordpress themes almost every single day. I’ve seen hundreds of them, some were good, some were excellent and then there were a few, which I wished I had designed! Here are the 3 themes that I really liked, loved actually. They might not seem the best looking themes of all time to all, but when you consider a few things like usability, monetizing options, plus things like loading time and such along with the look, these are most likely the top ones of their kind.

Blogging Pro WordPress Theme

Author: BloggingPro

Features:

This three column theme is WordPress 2.1 ready and should work just fine in WordPress 2.0.x. It has been tested on a variety of browsers, but we can’t promise that there will be no problems.

It comes in two versions, one with the big footer like Blogging Pro, that gives information on recent posts, recent comments and most commented stories, and one without the big footer, and thus no need for any plugins at all.

As a web designer myself I also surf the web to see what is out there, the competition, as well as draw from inspiration. I tend to also look at different programmer’s screensaver, they truly tell a lot about a person, programmer, or web developer.
